What does a credit cover?

One case: a brief for a respondent's appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals, drafted from the Immigration Judge's decision (or, without it, from the facts you type — the draft then treats your text as the decision, so each statement about what the Immigration Judge found has to be checked against the actual decision), a citation report listing the authorities the draft cites and what our checks could confirm, and up to three rewrites of that draft. Not for petitions for review, motions to reopen or reconsider, USCIS appeals, or a case the Board has already decided.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per credit or per pack, and unused credits do not expire.

What does the free trial include?

One credit: the whole thing for one case, with the draft, the citation check and the verification report. No card is required to see what the output looks like.

How long does a brief take?

Typically under 30 minutes from submission to a complete draft; a long record can take longer.

Is the draft ready to file?

No, and we would not want you to treat it as such. It is a first draft for a licensed attorney to review, correct and sign. The verification report exists so that review has somewhere to start.
