Every citation generated by our AI is checked against our database of 11,367 federal decisions sourced from BIA published decisions and CourtListener federal archives. If a citation cannot be verified against these records, it is excluded from the brief entirely. You receive a detailed verification report showing the status of each citation.

No. ImmAppeal generates a first draft — a starting point for qualified attorneys. Every brief should be reviewed, edited, and approved by a licensed immigration attorney before filing. The tool accelerates research and drafting but does not replace professional legal judgment.
What types of appeals are supported?
